| Reservation:

A deposit of US$500.00 is required to have the apartment reserved.
The reservation deposit can be made through Western Union or PayPal.
Please click below to pay for reservations securely
with your credit card through PayPal.com
The reservation deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation.
Once payment is received, an email will be sent to you from Rio Apartment
Rentals
acknowledging your payment and confirming your reservation.

The balance is due in FULL and in CASH once you have arrived at the apartment and received the keys.

| Security
deposit:

A security deposit of US$500.00 is required when you check in. The full amount will be reimbursed at check out, provided that no items in the apartment have been damaged or are missing.
